Thanks Jonathan, and yes quite right I am certain that this was miotenned with no blame intended, so Darren please don't think that anything was aimed at ride leaders. It's a tricky thing to get right in regard to the rides, but as long as we all strive to look after each other and try to learn how to ride as a group, then I think we're doing a very good job indeed. It's just a reminder with some tips for many who may not realise or indeed know. Thank you to the 12 s this week. I had a really lovely ride, a fabulous laugh and a stint in the freezer on the trip home via Holne. Brrr! And thank the lord for Ski lending me his jacket for the way home after our 2nd cafe stop, thank you Ski! (Did I mention it's all about the cake?)
I started the klteeebtll workout with a bit off a can't see this working but I will give it a try attitude. Now the surprise is that the first benifit is that the program balances my body out making everything in more control, a added bonus is that this helped my snowboarding also , so back to mountainbiking I noticed great improvements in any short sharpe hills, being able to hit them hard and over the top with still enough to start to push on the way down again, just making my riding not only better but more enjoyable.
